Since we are a coalition of teams the structure will be a little different. The 1st I.E.F. will have Cpt. Gardner and Cpt. Palmiter as the main two commanders in charge of all forces. Each team will have a Sgt in charge of team members. The teams will have no less than 3 members. During Operations each team will be used by the commanders for the purposes they serve. Snipers will be used as snipers, Scouts as scouts, Rifle teams as...well you get the picture. During practice sessions we will try to keep all teams together as one. This does not mean that you will not be with another team. Teams will stay together but may be with another for purposes of evening the field.
